I should imagine that there will be facilities to use daylight (the judging will be one during daylight) and also electric light (as it is being held indoors).
As such If you have any special notes about the figure that you would like to highlight - ie "on this part of the space marine you can see the reflective paint that really shows up under natural daylight) then keep a note alongside the entry to alert the judges what it is you are trying to achieve.

Most people will most likely _base_ their colour schemes and_style_ on standard lighting (ie not daylight, or special bulbs)
