Ludicrus Events

Hi All.

As you know there is a "new Gun" in the town giving GW a bit of a "kick in the butt" and i would like to know what you think about it...... Privateer Press's Warmachine & Hordes.. Have you played or seen it played? Do you like the idea & structure of the game?? ....do you like the models...and most importantly...is the PRICE RIGHT!!!.

I have my own opinion but lets see what YOU THINK!!!

I like the fact that you could almost select a list a random and it could be fairly competative and the fact it has great tactical depth to suit different play _style_s.

Another thing is that although the miniatures are getting quite expensive, I can still use my whole collection - even the older models..

On the downside (apart form the cost) is that some of the newer miniature releases have been quite poor - quality wise..

It's still my favourite game by a long way though

WM/H has for me taken off as the top game. I love the fact the rules are so simple and yet each warcaster has it's own feel for each army. Also you can get your ass kicked and still win the games with a caster kill, so no more beardy play.
