The exit from Daggerford was quick and painless - no fuss, no shouts of "Oi you!" and no torch bearing mobs! Quite unusual for the Wedding Crashers and a bit of a disappointment for Grogg.

After a couple of hours the group found themselves back on the track to the temple - Caled was sent silently forward to scan the track back to their camp after smoke was smelled coming down it.

He blended into the undergrowth, silently moving towards where they had left the wagons and stopped just at the edge of the clearing. The wagons had been trashed, one of them smouldering and completely destroyed. A number of bodies lay around the camp and through the haze and whisps of smoke he spotted what looked like a very thin but very tall, pale figure standing dead still in the centre of the camp. Caled waited for a while to see if the figure moved at all. Eventually giving in to the unnerving feeling caused by the blood covered and perfectly still figure, he returned to the group and reported what he had seen.

It was decided that they would circumvent the clearing and move directly on to the temple.

Closing in on the temple, Caled had a feeling they were being watched and thought he noticed a figure in the undergrowth which disappeared when he tried to focus on it. The group scaled the wall quickly and jumped down into the Harpies nesting area. Searching around they found only two door exits - one north and one south.

Taking the north exit the group found nothing but empty rooms and a poorly hidden trap door in the floor of one of the corridors. Then after heading back into the Harpies garden, Caled was sent out of the south door to silently scout the corridor.

He moved without a whisper around the corridor moving towards an open door to an inner courtyard - holding his breath he edged to the small opening stopping suddenly when he caught the sound of a muffled cough from outside. Turning back as he sensed someone very close to the other side of the door, he stumbled slightly making a noise.

 Immediately the door was flung open and a hail of crossbow bolts banged off of the corridor walls, miraculously missing the fleeing rogue. Then a large gout of flame burst into the corridor just as he dived around the corner! As he came to his feet another person entered the corridor behind him chasing him back to the garden.

He burst through door, shouting "Incoming!" and was closely followed by an acrobatic Orc wielding two short swords! Unfortunately for the Orc he was completely outnumbered and quickly dispatched as Edge, Caled and Ril headed back out of the hole and up on to the peak of the roof to peer over!
