Just got this supliment, what a fantastic backdrop to a great set of gameing whether it would be a long caplaigns or just one off stories for the one occational sessions. What makes it so good is that no one has the problem of what to play they just have to decied what type to play.
The choice is almost endless from a stock Clone Trooper, scout trooper or Clone Naval officer to shadow troopers , commandos and pilots . An even better plus is that any equipment that they require is credit free unless they bring it back broken ofcourse.
Cammanding, this is a choice that the players have in this book. Nolonger do they just have to be their lone Characters against the Droid armies why not Send in the Troops.
Mass combat is now possible to enhance that game that maybe needs that bigger punch. Yes send in the ground troops and let them take the flack. Its still them in the game but now a war IS a war.
Call on the clone troops at your disposal, if you chose to command then do it, this is a whole new thing to me and can't wait to put it into one of my games.

it has some great story line, some cool characters ( and some realy dire ones) and its true four colour story telling if you look at it as if you was playing it as a RPG the you will understand how fantastic they have made this .
