That evening, the party returned to Irena's house to recover from their adventures in the Old Graveyard. Jacob and Marsha healed those who'd been injured and tended to the unnatural burns inflicted by the Golems touch, whilst those who'd survived unharmed turned their attention to an evening meal.
By nightfall, everyone was recovered, and spent some time examining some valuables found in the earth that had formed the golems body. Hugh polished the blade of the sword.

62. Graveyard Shift
The morning started late. No one was in a hurry to leave the warm, pleasant atmosphere of Irena's house. But after breakfast, everyone made ready to visit father Danovich at the church.

61. Staff of the Morning
Cursing, Marsha hurried to the rope bridge and crossed with Paffluous close behind. The wizards magical light illuminating the rest of the chamber. They saw work benches ahead, strewn with tools, and a passageway leading off to the left.

60. Tser Falls
The next morning, Marsha and Isaiah went to see Tamborski, the owner of a small and fairly decrepit livery stable in the village. Marsha, since making the mans acquaintance yesterday during the clean up operations, was able to negotiate the loan of horses.

60. The Wolf Man
The party healed up as best they could and continued towards the falls. On the way, Bovrain and Jacob searched the bushes where the dire wolf had been hiding. They found bedding, bones, and beartraps - to which Bov and Jacob both fell victim.

57. Circle of Death Cweno's axe sheared the first of them, cutting away an arm and part of the shoulder. He continued his swing, cleaving the head from the second. The third ran from the fight, escaping into the morning mist in the direction of the church.
Ashlyn healed Marsha, and the party advanced together to the old church. A hoarse chanting could be heard from within the tired, sagging building.

56. No more room in Hell
The group moved through the misty outskirts of the village, passing several burned out buildings. The groaning of the dead could be heard coming ever closer, attracted by the noise of the party as they moved down the cobbled streets.
